Samuel Change 2019.jpg

Samuel H. Chang

Licensed Minister
Samuel remembers accepting Jesus as a young child, but it was not until he was 18 that God grabbed a hold of all of his heart. The LORD spoke into the pain and bitterness growing inside him and brought healing and restoration. It was during this time that he felt called to share the love of Jesus with others. This led him to pursue YWAM training. While there, God continued to open his eyes and provide him opportunities to share Jesus with others. He now serves as a training director for one of the YWAM locations. Samuel and his wife, Crystal, have one child and live in Kona, HI.

Jeremy V. Fruechting

Ordained Minister
At the age of 12, Jeremy attended a Christian concert. The singer shared the Gospel which brought him to the realization that his faith was something that he needed to own. It was several years later, as he became invested in ministry during college, that God began to bring to light how He had gifted Jeremy and set him apart for a life of full time ministry service. This led him down the path towards becoming a pastor. After a number of years in pastoral ministry, this willingness to follow God’s leading in his life, eventually, brought him and his family to serve as missionaries in Ethiopia. It also brought him back state side, where he currently serves as a pastor and is pursuing military chaplaincy. Jeremy and his wife, Rebecca, have 5 children and reside in Saint Joseph, MO.

Amanda C. Reuter

Special Ministry License in Chaplaincy
Amanda came to faith in Christ at 5 years old after hearing one of her grandfather’s sermons. As she continued to grow in her faith, a sense that God was preparing her for a life of ministry was evident. As a teenager, she recalls surrendering everything to Jesus, willing to be used and go wherever He called her to go. As she continued to serve, God opened doors for her to serve in the Army as a Religious Affairs Specialist. This opportunity opened her eyes to the possibility of becoming an Army chaplain, a possibility that is becoming a reality. Amanda and her husband, Louis have one child and currently are stationed in Wahiawa, HI.

Michael L. Larson

Ordained Minister
Michael grew up around the church and relates that it is hard to remember a time when he didn’t know Christ. At around the age of 7 was the first time he recalls sensing God’s voice. His teenage years, as is the case with many, brought a season of distance from the things of God. Yet, God was still faithful in his life. As a senior in high school, he recommitted to following Christ. This led to a desire to pursue ministry full time. Since that time, Michael has served in a number of churches and in various pastoral roles. His desire is to connect others with the heart of God and continues to serve in a number of ministry settings, both as pastor and chaplain. Michael and his wife, Daniela, have two children and live in Ridgefield, WA.

 Brad C. Turner, Jr.

Ordained Minister
Brad first came to faith in Christ while attending a church service. As he continued to grow in his faith, he realized, though he was active in his church, he was not using the gifts God had given him. This led him to begin to teach and minister to individuals, even to opportunities to share the love of Christ as a missionary. As he continued to be involved in various ministry opportunities, God continued to confirm the calling to ministry on his life. This has led him to serve in various ministry opportunities in several churches. Currently, Brad is serving as a bi-vocational pastor in the Richmond, VA area. Brad and his wife, Toni, have 11 children between them and reside in Midlothian, VA.
