One of the greatest privileges I have working at IMF is getting to know each applicant for membership. These individuals are doing some remarkable things for the Gospel, and I am so encouraged by their stories. Please join me in welcoming these new members to IMF.
Joshua D. Gorczyca
Joshua points to the example his parents set for him as the genesis of his personal faith. Making the decision to follow Jesus early in life, allowed the LORD to cultivate a passion for reaching others with the Good News of Jesus. Through opportunities he had to serve with YWAM, God confirmed his calling to full-time ministry, which eventually led him to military chaplaincy. Joshua is continuing to pursue his M.Div at Liberty University and resides in Springfield, MO.
Michael A. Brown
Michael points to his upbringing in the church as to where his understanding of faith began. It wasn't until he was in high school that he fully committed himself to following Jesus. This commitment opened up an opportunity to serve with YWAM. It was there, that God strengthened his faith and his passion for reaching others with the hope of the Gospel. Since that moment, Mike has sensed a deep longing to reach the people groups in Asia. Mike and his wife, Jieun, have two children and reside in Kailua-Kona, HI.
Alex N. Stovall
Alex came to know Jesus as his savior when he was in junior high. It was in high school when God began to lay a passion for ministry. This passion for ministry led him to take several trips to Africa to work with children there, sharing God's love with them. As this calling became more clear, Alex developed a heart to serve soldiers as an Army Chaplain. Alex currently resides in Tacoma, WA and is pursuing his MDiv. at Grand Canyon University.
Eric J. Malloy
Eric came to know Jesus as a young child growing up in Nova Scotia, Canada. His journey towards full-time ministry has been long. After volunteering in various ministry roles for years, Eric began serving with with Bridges for Peace, Canada. He now serves as the National Director for Bridges for Peace, Canada. Eric and his wife, Rebecca, have three adult children and currently reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.
Harry C. Ross
Harry came to faith in Jesus when some shared the Four Spiritual Laws with him in his native Liberia. Almost from the time he said Yes to Jesus, a passion for sharing the saving grace found in Jesus with others began to stir within him. As opportunities to serve grew, the confirmation of his calling to ministry was clear. This also led him to come to the United States, where he earned his MDiv at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY. He is currently pursuing Army chaplaincy. Harry and his wife, Linda, have three children and live in Jersey City, NJ.
