Cortney A. Huang
It was not until college that Cori received Jesus as Lord and Savior. Not long after that decision, however, God began to grow in her a passion for reaching others. Cori, and her husband, Christian, have four children and live in San Francisco, CA.
Valerie L. Henderson
Valerie points to a Leighton Ford Crusade as the moment she came to faith in Jesus. Though she was only eight years old, she felt God calling her to give her life to him. As Valerie grew, God continued to call her, even when the circumstances of her life seemed out of control. God used this difficult season in her life to prepare her to bring the hope of the Gospel to those in hopeless situations. Valerie, and her husband David have three children and live in Moncton, NB Canada.
Sarah B. Merlitz
Sarah grew up in a Christian home. She spent most of her formative years in church every Sunday, and at AWANA and youth group every week. Yet it was at a Billy Graham Crusade that she committed her life to Jesus. It wasn’t until she was entering college, however, that she was challenged to take ownership of her faith. During this season, she felt a tug to pursue ministry. Yet it was through the trials of life, that God made it clear that chaplaincy was the ministry God was preparing her for. She is currently pursuing Army Chaplaincy. Sarah, and her husband, Joe, have two children and live in San Antonio, TX.
Ryan D. Schmall
Ryan does not remember a time when faith was not a part of his family. Growing up in a Christian home, it was not until his middle school years that he realized that God wanted a personal relationship with him. After high school, several mentors encouraged him to consider becoming a Youth Pastor. Through this wise counsel, as well as prayerful consideration, Ryan said yes to youth ministry. As he pursued it further, a passion for reaching young people grew even stronger. Ryan and his wife, Jeanette, have three children and reside in Indio, CA.
